The rooms are neat with single beds and nice bathrooms. The club restaurant serves perfect food.- The hotel offers spectacular views.- It's a tremendous and magical place that met my requirements.

The location was fantastic, and the view from the room I had on the 21st floor was great. A trip to the roof garden gives brilliant views over the harbour.

I stayed at this place twice during my recent trip to this city and I must say it exceeded my expectations. The location is perfect, right in the center of Tsim Sha Tsui district, which made it incredibly convenient to explore the city. The hotel also offers a free airport shuttle, which was a great bonus. The service provided by the staff was exceptional. They were attentive and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The rooms were clean and well equipped with all the necessary amenities. The free Wi-Fi was a definite plus as well.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this city. It offers a luxurious and comfortable experience with its prime location, quality services, and enhanced comfort.

The hotel was more the comfortable and the staff was friendly and the metro station was very closeby (around the corner) and 5 minute of walking to Nathan Road, the summary is .. I recommend this hotel to all.

The internet and the airport transportation was part of my package but in the time of of check out it was counted in my bill, but when I remind them they immediatly removed it.

The location was perfect....surrounded by some great shopping streets, close to Nathan Rd and the harbour and within minutes walk to a fantastic variety of restaurants, pubs, nightclubs and even a grocery store.... it was the perfect place to base oneself for some hectic days in Hong Kong.

Missed having a pool, especially when it was so hot and humid. I would have loved to have come back after a hard day and jumped in a pool.

Delightful hotel, awesome location to the venue's resturant for lunch during one of the days and with epic views. Conveniently located hotel adjacent to central Kowloon as well as the MTR, restaurants, Nathan Road, Kowloon Park and a nice stroll to the Harbour and ferry. Nearby Ava Restaurant Slash Bar - great place to chill out.

This is an excellent hotel close to a subway. The room was small but very comfortable with a good sized bathroom. Staff were helpful. The hotel was very convenient for good paces to eat at very reasonable prices.

The internet was expensive if you just wanted access for a short time but we got free WI-FI internet access from tourist information to use at various places. Meals etc at the hotel are also more expensive so we did not use any of the facilities.

Efficient and professional staff at check-in and during breakfast. Great view on the 40th floor. Larger room size compared to other hotels in the area. Central location, walking distance to attractions, restaurants, shopping, and MTR.

Nice fiew from our room and especially from the roof terrace. The hotel is located in the center of Kowloon close to the subway and star ferry.

Hotel staff is knocking on the door every morning to ask for laundry service. Breakfast buffet is refilled very slowly.

Location : not easy to find . Mtr not so near as describe Room: I book deluxe gold rm . But the rm I got is not Wat as describe . Description say 2 large bed , but getting 2 single bed . No bathtub as describe. Miser on bath accessory . Not enough for 2 adult bath. Staff: slow on check in and check out .. And unfriendly .
